Nguyen Thanh dung, chairman of the Vietnam funded enterprise club in Cambodia, thanked the party, government and state for their attention to the Vietnamese business community. In particular, the COVID-19 epidemic has had a significant impact on the social and economic development and enterprise operation in Cambodia in the past two years.
Over the past 10 years, many enterprises such as Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (VRG) or thagrico have made significant contributions to Cambodia's economic development through planting rubber trees and fruit trees, creating thousands of jobs for the local people, and assisting Vietnamese Cambodians in their relocation and career transformation.
The above results are inseparable from Vietnam's policy of promoting investment in Cambodia over the years. The enterprises also suggested that the government should guide the research, formulation and promulgation of the investment strategy for Vietnam Cambodia Economic Cooperation (5 years and long-term outlook of 10 years).
Nguyen Chun Phu spoke highly of Vietnam's new investment trend in the fields of service export fruit trees and green energy.
